Super satisfied! The roof inspection was completely free and we knew exactly where we stood right away, without any hassle afterwards.
Had new zinc cheeks and a neat bead moulding installed on the dormer. From the street side, it looks very sleek and handcrafted.
During a severe northwesterly storm, we experienced damp seeping in around the chimney in the attic. Nathaniel came to perform an inspection the very same day and showed with clear photos that the old leadwork was cracked. He immediately and expertly replaced the lead with durable, flexible roofing. Top-notch service and very pleasant to deal with!
After an inspection appointment, we were helped almost immediately with the leak at our skylight; we even received extra service. We were assisted well and everything was clearly explained; this is highly recommended for everyone.
A branch from the walnut tree had fallen on the roof and shattered three tiles. They came by that same afternoon to cover up the damage and repaired it permanently the next day. It's nice to be able to count on someone at a moment like that.
The roof of our shed was due for a complete replacement, and I had been dreading it because of the cost. The quote from Dakdekker Specialist Lelystad was reasonable, and the work was carried out neatly, including new insulation. It also makes a noticeable difference to the temperature now when I'm working on it in the winter.
We had two VELUX roof windows installed in our daughter's attic room, and she is thrilled with them.
After the winter storm, roof tiles had fallen into the garden and rain was coming in through the chimney. They sealed everything up, and the next day they returned to repair it permanently. Swift action at a time when you really need it.
A water leak through the ceiling turned out to be a broken roof tile and was fixed the same week.
Together with the neighbors from the semi-detached house, we had the shared zinc gutters at the front replaced. Our regular roofer coordinated the work perfectly with all of us and provided proper warranty paperwork after the job was completed. Very satisfied with the result.
